So I can only say I'm mostly sure it's ntsc since that's usually what I go for when downloading the edits from the newsgroup or torrent, and I don't have any pal dvds in my possession because they're not sold here.

PAL dvd's?? I burn both NTSC and PAL on the same discs :S
