Back to BTTF:

The US 3-disc set has a second commentary on each disc (the one with Neil Canton).

The UK 4-disc has "Q&A with Director Robert Zemeckis and Producer Bob Gale" on the bonus disc and DTS 5.1 (as well as the DD 5.1).
