I need help editing a ~6min clip

Like I mentioned in another thread, I'm putting together a DVD about Eric Cantona for my brother. This DVD will have extras that include the most well known Nike adverts in which he starred and there is one in particular that is giving me headaches: The Secret Tournament. Contrary to all of the other sources, this one has many different versions floating aorund the net. After a lot of searching and examining, I settled on two versions and intend to make a single file out of them.
Thing is, I'm sick of the whole process and just want to encode the main feature and start authoring the DVD. I would really appreciate it if someone could download sample encodes of the two versions and tell me which frames to use from which version (like, say, frames 0-1000 of version 1 + frames 60-300 of version 2, etc).

I don't understand what you are trying to do. Why use frames from different versions? Anyway: if the framerate is different among the different versions and you are going to join them into one clip then you'll have to convert the framerate so they become the same, I guess. You can read how to do this at Videohelp and/or Doom9.

Yeah, both versions have different framerates, but I already know how to match them. What I mean by "different version" is that each of the segments I have has different portions of the commercial.

Well, I'm doing the video edit myself. From what I've seen, the audio will become a complete mess, as both versions are too different. If I provide the recut video and a new song to be used as soundtrack, could someone mix them for me?
