Yes, Superman does possess super-speed; he's not quite as fast as the Flash but he's pretty damned fast, and a lot faster than Batman at that. Even with all that "Batman is the smartest man alive" stuff, Batman's victory would still require Superman to really hold back. After all, Superman could easily bust Batman's face open just by flicking his nose.
You know, lately the whole idea of Batman VS. Superman, it just doesn't seem as exciting as the prospect of Superman VS. Martian Manhunter.
