Kay, as requested, I've started on the Alex Williams phone conversation. It's considerably harder to work with than the Naisbitt one, but it's also half as long, so... I'll manage.

Also, Garrett -- how did your pitch session-whatever for your animation go (that was today, wasn't it)? Don't leave us in suspense.
