Imagine the pain, and all the blood dripping from your mouth, and you start to scratch and dig it deeper into your mouth until you reach the nose, and then dark blood starts dripping from your nose too, and there are pieces of the roof of your mouth all over, and you start spitting those nasty things with a smelly dark blood, and then...
