The Attack of the Clones 1080i (Star Wars Attack of the Clones.0000.ts [0001 & 0002] ~11.43gb) makes appearances in the newsgroups. (a.b.sw, a.b.hdtv)

In Germany they are playing the PT in a form of HD, but the compression seems to be in a format where hardware to record is scarce. Previous discussions on the German HDs:

Revenge of the Sith has been "On Demand" since the beginning of the year in what i'm assuming is HDTV, haven't heard any reports of differences in this version.
