That's really sad man. These guys (and girls) are trying to earn a living and be useful to society (ie, they are not begging or stealing, they are actually trying) and yet they are still ahving a totally crap life. No justice.

I think it's fair to say that Brazil beats England in the social/economical crapness stakes. As a country that is supposedly advanced and wealthy, England is on a downward spiral, but I know I don't really have anything real to complain about.
