Ahhh managed to figure how to make a complient ISO image. Using Nero Tools wouldn't work, but if you download the following free tool - ImgTool it will create an iso image which works.

Tested on both Deleted Magic and Building Empire - both of which didn't work using Nero Tools or even Folder2Iso.

Now I am a happy man

and great documentaries as well. Well done to the authors.
