I hate the pauses too. with all the freaking technology we have, we can't have DVD players that change layers without acting like a freaking Laser Disc flipping? I just assumed that a DL would be the default size, and that I could shrink it to watch, but I'm more than happy with an SL, so my previous request still stands...... By the way, before I even get to see this (fingers crossed), thank you so much. This is exactly what I was thinking would be a good edit for the Star Wars IV DVD. I can only hope that eventually, through all the fan edits, and preservation efforts, that I will have all six films in a tolerable (PT) and good looking, but not distractingly altered (OT) format.
