You guys get ripped off in the U.S. when it comes to pizza (and that's about the only thing). In Australia, Domino's and Pizza Hut compete viciously with coupons (everybody gets a set of coupons in the mail each week), so most people can buy unlimited large pizzas (pickup - delivery is a bit more expensive) for $5 each (and remembering the exchange rate, that's about $3.50 US) with practically unlimited toppings.

In Seattle, my friend ordered a Domino's cheese pizza and it cost $20 delivered. That's daylight robbery, I tell's ya!

Over here a giant size super supreme from Pizza Hut costs about 10 dollars.

How big is giant size?

We used to have small (4 slices), large (8 slices), and family (12 slices) sizes, but ever since Domino's and Pizza Hut got into a price war about 10 or so years ago, the large pizzas were the most economical, and all the other sizes were phased out. Nowadays, if you want to eat heaps of pizza, it's more a question of how many pizzas you get, rather than what size. You can usually get 2 large pizzas, garlic bread, and a 2 Litre Coke for about $21.95 delivered.
