It's not a bad continuity error. There are 200 worse ones in Pretty Woman alone. And anyway it's ALL A PROGRAM OR SOMETING LOL

But to fix it, don't show him eating that last olive. Cut on whatever frame first shows the olive, and run his audio over the two following closeups of the other bad actors in the scene.
