I expect that the different colours on the spines are representative of the films themselves. Green for Naboo in Episode I. Purple for Mace Windu in episode II. Red for Sith in episode III. Yellow for sand in Episode IV. Looks kinda violet which might be either Hoth or Degobah, for Episode V. And finally that bright sky blue for Endor in Episode VI. Or I could just be talking out of my ass

Nah, let's go with that

Actually, I based it loosely on the varying colors of lightsabers...take a look at the titles - white core with a blue glow. Unfortunately, I ran out of colors, so I had to use yellow and blue-green as filler, but it still seems to work.

I agree though on the spines, now that you mention it...I'll probably replace those with a single, large logo this afternoon.

I like the different colour titles and banners, you should keep it like that. Or at least if you make it all one colour, keep these as an available option for those that want it. What are you doing about the text/content description on the back of the cover? If you could just have it as basic as possible so it can be used for any set, that would be great.

But yes, keep the multi-colour sets, it makes everything stand out that lil' bit more.

When you say "custom", are you talking about covers other than the "official" editdroid covers? I can get these to you if needed.

There's good in the Original Trilogy, and it's worth fighting for.

If you have the DVD's just drop them in your PC/MAC and browse into the Content or DVD-Rom folder the covers should be on the DVD

They have been uploaded to a custom covers website but the designers name is unknown.

Could someone post a single thumbnail of the cover?

If they are his, I will credit him as the designer.

Hi Everyone,

I've been lurking around for a couple of weeks and have been in awe of all the great stuff I have seen. I haven't even made it outside of the DVD Covers thread yet!

This may be blasphemous to post here but I was wondering if anyone here has done (or knows of) any good custom Star Trek DVD covers. I've seen the ones from RixGrafix (which are great) but I was hoping find a place similar to this that has such a great variety. I'm in the process of upgrading my single disc versions to the Special Editions and would love to have some great covers to tie them all together.

Don't get me wrong, I'm still a SW guy first and foremost. So no flames *please*. To be honest, I would be interested in any good custom sites for any movies/TV series since there are more than enough lousy industry covers out there.

www.rixgrafix.com/ (as you already know)
and occasionally you can find some real gems on www.cdcovers.cc

Has anyone made a cover for the 4 RowMan Ultimate Supplemental Collection discs in one case? I have a few 4-disc cases, and I was thinking that I would put all 4 in one case, so I thought I'd see if there was already a cover made for that.
