There is of course the TB Release of the theatrical version of TPM which is a recording of a Scandanavian DVB broadcast from 2001.

I put up a few screenshots and a short vob in this thread.

I only know of CAM's of AOTC so a decent copy of the theatrical screener would be nice. ROTS did not change significantly in my opinion from theatrical to DVD releases.
