I watched Ang Lee's Hulk today, and in all honesty, I thought the criticism of this movie was completely unwarranted (too much sulking, not enough hulking - there was plenty of hulking!). I reckon Ang Lee 'gets' what comics and superheroes are all about. The movie gets *at least* three and a half stars outta me. Better than the Spiderman movies, definitely, IMHO.

To answer your question, yes, from what I saw of it the Flash series was pretty decent except for the occasionally lame punching bag sound effect.
It strikes me as funny that fans would say Ang Lee failed to make the Hulk a good/great film because he has no sense of visual style as he is too much into the human story. I always thought that was exactly the kind of person you'd want directing a superhero film - someone who can actually get at the human story beneath it all.
Well, his career should be doing well for a while after all the praise he got for Brokeback Mountain.
