Guys, Babyhum sent me his version of the making of TOD and I should have it tomorrow. With any luck, I'll get out the best version of it and have it torrenting by next week.

That is definitely also going to see the light of day soon.

Sorry. I'm taking on a bit too much as of late...plus i was trying to get that "new" version of Blade Runner" done-- which it finally is.

OK so here's what I'm hoping to have on this disc. I'm just going through this authoring now.

The Making of Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom
Teaser Trailer
International Trailer
4 UK Television Spots
"Anything Goes" Music Video
2 ABC TV Previews

God willing it will all fit on one disc. Honestly, it was a serious bitch to get a good version of main special. I went through about 5 different versions to get the best picture and sound possible. It's not great but definitely very good.

ps the ONLY thing I wish you would have added to your release is the option to hear Harrison's voice over,i am sorry to say,i like it.

I don't know that I'm going to do anything with it, honestly. Part of me wants to sync up the laserdisc track with it because people bitched about the sound on the other release. Then another part of me just wants to put it to bed because, quite honestly, i'm really sick of Blade Runner. That's why I've been working on these other projects.
I guess we'll have to see.

Does anyone have any high-quality pics of the Making of Temple of Doom? Any behind the scenes pics? THX is doing the insert and I'd like to get something high quality. Anyone have the official movie program handy?

The Making of TOD is done! Everything fit onto the disc. Now I will await THX's artwork and I should have it seeding in the next couple of days.

FYI...for those who may have missed it, the making of Last Crusade is seeding again.

I have a Japanese movie program with 2 pages with about 2 dozen behind the scenes photos. Only 2 are usable due to small size - one with Lucas & Spielberg and another with Spielberg directing Ford on an elephant. If this helps let me know and I'll scan them...

I'd have to buy the laserdisc unless someone else has the DC laserdisc and is willing to record the audio and send it to me.

International Trailer (mastered from Laserdisc)
UK TV Commercials
"Anything Goes" Music Video (UK)
ABC TV Preview 1
ABC TV Preview 2

NOTE: This disc was mastered from various sources and the quality varies.
I went through 5 different copies of the main TV special using the video from
mine that I recorded in 1984 and the audio from another copy which had VERY little hiss. I was also able to piece together the end credits music which always had an announcer speaking over. The quality is not perfect but good/very good.
This was a PBS special that has never been released on home video.

awwww....

*bows*

I hope you guys get a chance to download and enjoy the disc

As for the next disc, I'm thinking I might do some more Temple of Doom stuff. Babyhum gave me some great UK stuff and I just came across some Entertainment Tonight stuff from 1984 that were "first looks" into the making of it. Figure that will be IJ4 and then IJ6 (and on) will be Last Crusade stuff (since there's a lot more of it to archive).
