If I get a DeLorean, I also want to get the radio reconfigured to look like Time Circuits and a Flux Capacitory to hang in the back.

Nobody will complain if you actually make it fast enough to hit 88 mph in a mall parking lot, though.

I too love BTTF. It's up there as one of my fave films ever!

Those are way too expensive, I checked into them a few years back.
You could get one in perfect condition for less than 19,000, most run from 10-14,000.

These are the pictures that sold me on getting the car

And I'm also making payments on a 1971 Datsun 1200 Sedan SCCA GT5 Race Car!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm getting it REAL, REAL, REAL SUPER cheap, I may not race it but convert it back to a street car - maybe remove the fender flares and make it a stock looking sleeper
THIS IS NOT THE CAR - But only an example! (I'll post pictures soon)
   When Datsun's Collide!

It doesn't have that much power, but its a decent car until I can get something better.

With any luck at all, by the end of the summer I'll get my helical diff installed, rear suspension rebuilt, and maybe a one-piece driveshaft to boot. Fewer parts + 25-40% weight reduction = woo-hoo! Once the suspension's done and aligned, I've got a very slightly used set of Hankook RSS Z211 stickies to play with. It's awesome having a local source for cheap race tires...
