Help Wanted: I've downloaded 'Deleted Magic' but how do I put this on DVD?

Iv downloaded this excellent set!!! and now I want to burn it to DVD for my own purposes (and also as a present for a friend) but how do I do this?

Also, if I try and play this by double clickking each segment individually…the main menu has sound but nothing else does.

Can anyone help?
