My best moment was playing my idiot brother a few years ago. I made a couple of major mistakes and he made me pay by invading deeply into my territory. I usually like to be on the offensive, but I completely pulled back and started concentrating on nothing but pushing him out and ignoring his side of the board. It paid off and I beat him in a shocker. I loved the look on his face.
Always remember: Control the center of the board and you control the game. By this I mean if you can cover more central squares than your opponent, you've got them (at least for the time).
