I got my Entertainment Weekly Magazine this week, and they have a list of the top 25 Worst Sequels of all-time, and Episode I: The Phantom Menace comes in at #12! This shows that this is the legacy of the Prequels, cause the first picture on the page talking about all these sequels is Jar Jar! That is the only Pop Culture reference that the PT gave us, Jar Jar, a punch line to how bad people views these films. Here is the list:
