We're both right, actually. The Constitution Act, 1982 is what became of the BNAA, but the Canada Act, 1982 (1982 c. 11; March 29th, 1982) was what was passed by the Parliament of the United Kingdom, enacting the Constitution Act as law in Canada.

QEII is still the Queen of Canada, just like she's the Queen of Australia and all the other Commonwealth countries. She holds no real power, but is still our figurehead of state. We like tradition, that's all.

As for the Queen Mum in the Customs Office, I have no answers.

The number 1 thing I can't stand is what the second gen mouskateers (sp.? - anyway MMC from the 90s) did to pop music. I used to enjoy pop music from time to time. Well, almost ANY pop music from the 90s sucked. BUT...Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, N*stink, Backstreet Boys, 98 Degrees...they all suck big time, and NOW we've been subjected to a few of them even on reality shows which would be number 2 on my list. And who are those other girls, oh yeah, Jessica and Ashlee Simpson. I'm sorry but Ashlee looks like a witch.

i f*cking HATE plants, so much that as i sit in class for the full hour and 20 min, i think of ways to kill myself... using plants.. in hope that i might cause extinction to other species.
never AGAIN. never!!! i can't believe i'm in a botany class after the whole first year thing...
oh and i hate my paper. the fact that i can't find any scholarly articles is really starting to get to me...

seriously plants today was sooo bad you have no idea. this essay is taking forever! i did log on msn for like 10 min but left incase ppl started messaging me cuz i have to get the essay done in 24 hours. thats my time limit for it, since its worth the least of all the midterms/projects i have next week.

oh i'm not writing about that anymore. haha i found three theories on the evolution/first appearance of them and i changed the topic and am doing it on that instead. i found this garbage website with loads of info. i'm not suppose to use websites but desperate times call for desperate measures!

hahaha well you know if the website you get it from is from an insitution, you can cite it as an article, rather then a website thats a nice little back door i found, the trick is you ave to be able to find all the info for all the citing requirements.

well see the website is actually part of the New Zealand Journal of Cacti and Succulent Plants. but i can't get the access to the actual articles. but i am pretty sure we were only allowed to use "recent primary literature"which the prof defined as journal articles within the past 10 years. stupid time restrictions. i found some articles but they were from 1930's boo hoo.

if you know the names of the journal go to amazon and try to find a place wher eyou can buy it online, if you cant find that place you'll have all the citing info you need except for the pages the article is on, but i am sure that you can get away with not puting that on there. its not like he is going to be looking at all your sources and then see exactly what you got from where and verifying that its there. so you can get away with some shall we say, minor things that sliped your mind.
