Some players do this. My Apex is notorious for it, so your Cyberhome probably is in the same boat. I didn't notice it so much on this as on Ep II, but your description sounds all-too-familiar. I think it has to do with the cut GOP structure that did the frame-accurate editing w/o recoding and how certain chipsets interpret that unexpected info on the fly. Not all players do this, and those that do, do it to varying degrees.
