Coov. Nice work. I think Darth Simon may have something about the edges needing a little softening/fading though. This cover sits with the other two much better.

Darth Solo - those manga covers are fantastic. Mewantthem. Pretty please. Any chance of hi-res versions on a yousendit link?

If you want to be really picky it would have to be the 97 SE not the DVD version, since the emporer on the ESB image is based on the original emperor.

I'd really like copies of those manga covers, they'd be great for the G'kar set.

Those are kinda like the covers I made back in the summer of 04' (nice style man!!!)

I do like them with the Kanji more though... Here are the ones I did a few years ago for the "Look" set!

How did I not notice those in the torrent? There are just so many to choose from. I like the Japanese wording (I presume that is what Kanji means) with those. Very nice.

yeah, Kanji is the japanese character set.

I like those too, and dont think i saw them in my quick look at the cover torrent, gonna need to print a set of those up.

I would still like a set of the english labeled discs though if Darth Solo is willing to upload them somewhere.

It's the best picture I could find where Shaws head is roughly at the same angle as Hayden Christensen's he was a lot younger than he was in ROTJ in the original image so had to change his hair and skin to age him a bit more I agree it doesn't quite match the texture of the rest of the characters. Just an idea, it might work better with perhaps OB1 and Anakin swapping postions.

Sorry for the wait people - it wasn't intentional (night shifts do get in the way of what you wanna do sometimes).
Its great to give something back so i have put the download links on my original post on page 108.

I used the covers from TFN and painted out the Kanji (thanks Rik!) charecter set, then layered my own logos ontop of that. For the benefit of anyone who would like to tackle them i have also posted the images without any text (but please share the results with us all).

Background images: Star Wars, Empire, Jedi

Hey Guys,

thank you Solo for the Manga Covers, they are really nice. Does anyone know where to get the fancy collection by coov? Because he posted a pic of his box and that was just the best box I could possibly imagine. But I can't find the covers online (at least not all of them).

I think I want to work on a Special Edition Set of covers, because the Jedi-Feta discs deserve a nice set too... I know it's oot here, but for some reason I even like the SE a little bit. (1000000 times more than the 2004 dvds...) So what do you guys think of making SE covers?
