Oh, I hear that. I've always had a weak ankle since having surgery on it as an infant. I probably have one major sprain about every year or so. It's funny, because I was about to come in here and complain that I hate my ankle because it hurts. My ankle is in constant pain, despite physiotherapy.

yeah i seriously hurt my ankle last year, it took it like 10 months to fully heal. i got up in my class and my hamstring suddenly cramped so i started hoping down the stairs so i could stretch it out at the bottem, unfortunately the stairs were very narrow, and on the 3rd last one the back of my heel caught the edge of the step i had jsut jumped from and i pretty much had all my weight fall onto the side of my ankle if it wasnt for my holding the railing i would probably broken it. if you knwo the anatomy of any ankle you know that there are three major sets of legiments that keep everything together, i tore one set, and suverely stretched the 2 others, the doctor told me after wards that had i put any more strain on it my ankle would have ben completely fucked. not only did i tear the legiments i also damaged the tendents attached to shin mussles in my leg, i had craps in that mussle for months afterwards. i was lucky.
