Blu-Ray is actually 25GB single layer and 50GB dual layer. Although more than two layers are possible in the future.

I find it ironic that everyone is talking about this, especially when DL versions of fan projects are still few and far between. Besides, only in the past 6 months has the cost of DL media been low enough to purchase in bulk.
