Mackey256, if you are prepared to keep this thread updated (just concentrate on the non-Star Wars stuff) then I'll give you your very own sticky. (The list currently at the top of this forum is now way out of date.)

Oh by the way, you might want to include ocpmovie's Thief and the Cobbler. You know how neurotic he gets if he feels he's being ignored.
