For those who are interested, I should be done with a "new" version of Blade Runner this week. TMPGenc worked. This one should do away with any of the problems people may have encountered on the last one. Plus the bitrate is higher.
If people bitch after this one, then they can kiss my ass. I'm done with Blade Runner. I'm actually having to re-do it because even though I set the bitrate to max out at 9500, it went over 10000. Not sure why.
