Hey guys, looking for some wine recommendations. Im making a pasta dish from this receipe i have and was wondering what might be a good wine to go with it. I havent made this dish before, so ill give some info from the receipe and hopefully that will help suggest what type of wine might go good with it.
basically its a shrimp pasta. The shrimp are sauteed in garlic and the sauce is made up of tomatoes, chicken broth, cilantro and light cream.
so my guess is its gonna be a light sauce, may get some red coloring from the tomatoes.
thanks in advance for the help,

Maybe a Shiraz? Not sure. That's a tough one. If it's going to be spicy I'd go with a shiraz. If a lot of red sauce, Chianti...preferably Carlo Rossi (jug wine with a screw top cap). Very good. Also Ruffino Chianti is fantastic.
