I'm not putting a bid in until I have some kind of tangible evidence of this thing. I can't believe these guys in Argentina/wherever who are already claiming to be willing to pay well over $300 for the shadiest auction item I've seen in a long time. Are they really that naive?
I'll be extremely irritated if it DOES turn out to be real and one of these other guys pays some ridiculous price for it and gets it, then sits on it and lets it gather dust in his "private collection", never answering any queries about it or getting in touch with anyone. That would be typical.
