Well, I doubt the font change was something that the network instituted...

There is no lingerie in space…

When I watched the gag reel on the DVD, it didn't show all those that were on AWK's website there.

Man, Gag reel 3 had me laughing out loud at work when I should've been working. Heh, figures.

IMO Firefly was an Ok Show. it would have been cool if there was more Aliens.

I like the Girl from "Cleo 2525". shes cool.

Well, Joss specifically designed it so that humans were the only ones who inhabited the universe 500 years from now. Those are beliefs, that we humans are all there will ever be in the universe.

Which is why, in a way, i'm glad the series ended early...

you know by season 3 or 4 as story ideas begin to run out, the 'verse would eventually be invaded by hostile aliens, who would declare war on all of mankind, which would force all of humanity to unite against this common foe, thus ending the struggle between the browncoats & the government, and would ultimately prove to be the jump the shark moment of Firefly

...and i challenge SciFi to renew/revive Firefly for a few more seasons just to prove me wrong!!!!

I wouldn't doubt it. But by the time the whole "alien invasion" thing would have started up, FOX would say "OK, time to pull the plug." This would thus give Joss an opportunity to give the series a killer finale, where either the Alliance and Browncoats end their war, or the Aliens team up with one side or the other.

Wow, that sounds pretty cool. I'm interested in as getting as many behind the scenes looks as possible (especially ones that are more candid about Fox), so I might have to check this out in greater depth.

Yeah, Gundark, I believe I said that earlier in the thread. I'm not quite sure who you were targeting with that idiots remark, but it did seem a little unnecessarily hostile. I'd still liked to have seen the previews, etc. on the DVDs.

It should be clear that I was targeting Fox as being the idiots in this case. I don't call names on the forum. There may be people who annoy me on the forum, but I'm not going to stoop to name calling when a well-placed and chosen sarcastic remark will work just as well.

Now that you've explained it, it does make sense. But the way I'd always read it seems to be implying that those who didn't know what Fox did were the idiots. And I know I've never seen you name-call before, so that made it all the more surprising.
