Came back from what..I dont buy this split personailty wrap for Vader. Sometimes good people get mixed up in a cult and do bad things and then one day they see the light. Vader was in denial of his life
as Anakin. I dont think he was seperate from that idenitity. His life as Anakin and eventual deformity made him claim he had no relationship to Anakin.
Anakin even as a child and teen had dark elements to his personality, when he took on the lifestyle in the shadows of the emperor he just let those dark elements rule his life.I dont think he stepped outside of himself when he commited those acts against the galaxy, it was just a part of who he had become.
When someone is born special or extrodinary in some way there is usually a fine line between genius, or hero, and a pyscho-path. I think thats clearly Anakin/Vader. Some people are tempted by evil and over come it, some embrace it, I dont think thats nessecarily Dissociative Idenitity Disorder.
