I hate how films like Brokeback Mountain get a free ride simply because they're about homosexuality. And if we criticize the film, we're automatically criticizing homosexuals. I haven't seen Brokeback Mountain, so I can't comment on the film one way or the other, but I have the freedom to like or dislike whatever I choose to about it. And if I criticize the homosexuality of the film, it doesn't even necessarily mean I'm criticizing homosexuals. Just like if I criticize the CG of the Star Wars prequels, it doesn't mean I'm criticizing all CG.

So I also hate political correctness.

EDIT: And I don't see the big problem with making fun of racial or ethnic groups. Stop being so damned sensitive, people. I'm of Polish decent, for crying out loud, and, in case you haven't noticed, we're the brunt of a lot of jokes regarding intelligence, but I think they're really funny. But you haven't seen anyone since Mike Stivic of All in the Family get pissed at Polish jokes. Yet if you make jokes about homosexuals or African-Americans, you're suddenly being a bigot or close-minded, and everyone makes a huge tizzy about it. Just get over it! No one's immune from criticism or stereotyping or deprecating jokes, so you might as well just learn to live with them and find the humor in them.
