Damn, that's hilarious. Obviously, it's staged, but I'm glad to see somebody had the guts to show it to him! Who knows, maybe it will be George Lucas' turn next time?

Which gets me thinking... not that GL does many interviews but if he did there *should* be nothing to stop someone from totally calling him out on various issues and really put him on the spot. Prior to the PT Hollywood seemed to hold GL in the same esteem that many fans did- 'oooo he's GL, isn't he all reclusive and improtant'. But these days (and even in those days for that matter) what 'power' does Lucas have other than over his own company? Its not like there aren't other effects houses or sound studios that can do a good-as or better job than ILM or Skywalker/THX and I *certainly* doubt many more high-caliber stars will be beating down his door to be in a GL film (if in fact any are made anymore) I would imagine any interviews GL does are very scripted as well and I honestly can't remember an actual 'live' or somewhat live appearence. But man- what I would give to see a Conan or a Leno just lay it on the line with some of his revisionist history BS! One can dream...
