Don't worry about it - none of that stuff means ANYTHING in the real world. I have 10 GCSEs (roughly equivalent to your High School Diploma), 4 A-Levels (which is similar to what you guys call a degree), A BTEC Diploma, which I don't think you have an equivalent of (I guess it's also like what you guys call a degree), and A batchelors degree (with honours).
