rap music is shit and the people who listen to it by and large are shit too. i was gonna say all of them even though ive never known anyone not to be a shithead who likes rap but didnt want to generalize

Of the modern stuff, I can tolerate Eminem but that's about it, but stick on some Jurassic 5 or De La Soul and I'm good.

Only the classic '3 feet high and rising', which is not only one of their best, but one of the best Hip Hop/Rap albums ever, IMO

That's the one.
Their Lyrics are great - funny, good rhymes, but also politically charged and intelligent. Combine that with catchy tunes and samples and you have the perfect package.
