Even so, Grace doesn't have the presence and intensity that Brock needs to be a threat.
Besides, shouldn't they focus on finishing the storyline with Harry becoming the 2nd Green Goblin before jumping onto another villain? They can only drag out this build up to Harry becoming GG2 for so long before it becomes obnoxious.

Not all actors are created equal.
Come to think of it, Reeve himself wasn't all that muscular even after the working out, at least not compared to his comic book counterpart. Must be the fear of how spandex will look on large muscles.
