I was wondering, if I had a VOB file, or if I used DVD SHRINK, to rip the VOB file and the other data files (menu,etc.) from a DVD, what would be the best program (if possible, FREE) to author and burn that into a full DVD that could be played on a set-top DVD player? Thanks in advance!
