So, yesterday I finally got a date for my US Visa interview, and now that it's actually happening and isn't just this unreal thing that was going to happen some day, I'm having mixed emotions. I'm worried how my family will take the fact that I'm moving (they know I am, but now it's more imminent, and I know my Mum will be upset. It's my life and I shouldn't feel guilty, but I don't like seeing other people feel sad). I'm worried when I move I'll be forced to take any old job and end up in the same shit life cycle but with different scenery. I'm worried I'm going to be living in a country where they don't teach evolution in schools

I'm both happy and sad to be leaving London. It's quite stange. It's onlt really now hit me what a big, life-changing move this is going to be.

Anyway, just wanted to get that off my chest.
