Tell us every program you used to rip, edit, burn, convert hither and thither, etc! Guide us! And then tell us all (by which I mean me) the PC equivalents of all the things you used! And don't say there is no equivalent cause dammit PC is better and I'll host an entire forum argument over that! We'll take over!

Then you can stick to your policy of being "done" with a project when you've finished it and we can all pick up where you left off!

Seriously though, I have some projects I wanna try and I need to know the best dvd ripper, best converter to mpeg or mp4 or whatever, best dvd maker (most powerful I mean), etc...

I also need to know the best codec for compressing, cause a lot of my projects (just student films since I don't know what to use to rip dvds) get screwed up cause I've got like 50 codecs and only--like--one of them actually puts out decent quality files and I never write it down
