I don't know of any one single repository of stuff. You may have to download lots of finished projects to get what you want. Be glad it's just free projects...

Personally, I've started from scratch, and I think I own more SW LDs, DVB, and HD than anyone I know, except for Blaine Young. I'm a little bit of a nutcase. But the only way to start with good materials is to do it yourself.
