Finally got it off torrent. I haven't had time to watch it though. Spot checking some parts I can see that it was indeed worth the download. A good portion truly is seamless, and I wouldn't be able to tell if I didn't know. The isolated score is a nice touch and I'm sure the commentary will be good. The only downside is that I'm one of the "very sharp-eyed viewers", so I've caught about 4 SE shots left in. Beggers can't be choosers, especially given the quality of the rest of it. So I'm reasoning it out hear more for my own sake, and not in a complaining mood. The hallway is fine, it's one of the few I like. The hanger is ok, but it's a bit of a continuety error. I never caught it myself in theaters, due to be raised on the pan-and-scan. The first Falcon to Yavin approach shot is so-so, the cg isn't too bad. The CG X-wings are what got me. They just really stand out. Thankfully, it's short and not intentional. Some blemishes on an otherwise excellent disc.

Looking forward to the rest of them.

On a side note, I finally saw Deleted Magic. Taught even me a few things. I'd say it's better than Empire of Dreams in many respects. I'll do my best to pay it forward at Anime Los Angeles next weekend, a long with the rest of my stuff.

Thanks.
