I also like the "post-ROTJ" era. It's very interesting to see how the Rebellion build the New Republic, and to see the evolution of the Empire's rests. I particulary love all those "ego-selfish-pretending-they're-gods" imperial warlords. The struggle for the power inside the Empire is really cool.

As I've already said, my favourite novel series is the "Rogue Squadron" adventures.
With so many good stories, good recurrent characters, I really think it could made an excellent TV series (animated or live). And some famous characters (as Luke) appear from time to time in the novel series. It could be a good point for a series, Mark Hamill coming in some episodes as a "guest star"...
I know I'm dreaming but, hey, I love to dream!
