Yes they are, there's an extended intro, and an extended end scenes (and a couple other scenes). During the intro for the deleted scenes, you see snippits and clips from other out take or deleted scenes that you do not see in full, so there is clearly a lot more Dune footage (regarless of how complete it is) that is out there, at least one gets that impression.
