If I were to make a wild guess, I'd say he's trying to beef up his ratio from the get go by downloading one small chunk of the torrent, and then seeding the hell out of it. Or tihs guy could be trying to cause trouble...and darkjedi, what torrent are you talking about where Rikter had to start over?
