I first saw the movies when I got the Faces set for Christmas in '95. I was nine. I was already pretty familiar with the universe, though. Star Wars had had a lot of pop culture references throughout my life, and I gleaned everything from those, most notably the Muppet Babies parodies from as far back as my first memories. I think any age is appropriate for Star Wars. It's cool to have it ingrained before you even quite know what it is. So when they get older, a deeper appreciation will develop, as well as a deep nostalgia for their younger years.

And please come back, greencapt. Who else am I going to talk with about Firefly?! And I don't think you ever found that quote you were talking about!!! ^_~
