Same deal with me - renting, so anything goes wrong, I don't have to pay for it. We have GREAT landlords (a kind old couple). I live in a beautiful 1920s house that has been converted into 2 one-bedroom apartments. I have a large kitchen, a large bedroom, a very large living room with original fireplace, (a small bathroom, but what can you do?) All furnished, in a nice area, for an incredibly fair price (especially since I live in London, one of the most expensive places in the world to live apparently) and we owe it all to my landlords who are not at all greedy so don't charge stupid money, The husband does any repairs etc himself, and if anything goes wrong (for example, our oven gave up the ghost) it is replaced usually within 24 hours. It's brilliant. Best landlords ever. Yuck. We're still renting, so while we own our washer and dryer, when the fridge and stove crapped out, the landlord replaced them.
P.S Thanks for the PM Dayv
