I've recently begun to appreciate wine. For most of my life I didn't like it at all, and am trying to educate myself on the subject. A good resource is Wine.com (they offer monthly wine clubs, as well and an awesome selection). I'm just wondering if anyone's got a favorite wine? What do you eat with it? Have you ever been to a winery?

I opened a bottle of Ruffino Chianti, 2004 over the weekend. Believe it or not, I paired it with some ziti and marinara with some red pepper and bread. It was OUTSTANDING. Nice and sweet. Excllent Italian table wine.
