Good point, I guess I should say he should have had the main details of Vaders turn and how the whole scene went in 1994 when he began writing the prequels. There is just no excuse for reworking the key scene of the whole prequels, and not have atleast a clear vision of how it should go. To me that sums up my frustration with the PT sometimes.
