Though for now I am leaning toward STAR WARS: Episode _ for all the titles, one title in particular I've had in mind for Episode II for a long time is "Dark Force Rising" or "Dark Force Ascendent." That seems like an appropriate title for the Episode I of this saga, but with II being "Shroud of the Dark Side" that would probably be too much "Darkness" in our titles.
