To be honest, I don't watch too much of Adult Swim anymore beyond Family Guy and Futurama. I've never been a fan of InuYasha, but I'd never curse Rumiko Takahashi because I am a huge fan of Ranma 1/2.
Over here, AdultSwim shows only those crappy american MA rated cartoons, not anything from FOX or any anime.
Anime is shown during the afternoons, I might be wrong but there's Inuyasha, Saint Seyia, DBZ or GT I don't know, Gundam... I belive Patlabor was shown too...
